Fralich’s Landscape Announces New Ownership After 20 Years

GREENFIELD, INDIANA — After 20 years of building relationships, serving customers, and establishing a respected local business, Fralich’s Landscape founder Aaron Fralich is preparing to pass the torch. Effective January 1, 2027, ownership will transition to longtime operations manager Brent Rouse and his wife, Ashley, through their company, F3 Rooted Outdoors LLC.

The business will continue operating under the familiar Fralich’s Landscape name, maintaining its commitment to quality workmanship, dependable service, and lasting relationships.

For Aaron, the transition represents the culmination of two decades of hard work, accomplishments, and relationships.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the customers who have trusted us and the employees who helped build this company into what it is today,” Aaron said. “After a great deal of thought and prayer, I feel this is the right time to pass the torch.”

With his characteristic humor, Aaron added that Fralich’s Landscape is ready for its next “Dread Pirate Roberts,” referencing the classic film The Princess Bride.

Having served as operations manager for the past eight and a half years, Brent has worked closely with Aaron and the company’s employees, customers, and vendors.

“I’m grateful for the trust Aaron has placed in me and recognize the responsibility of continuing what he has built,” Brent said. “As we begin this next chapter, I’m trusting in the Lord to continue leading, shaping, and guiding our company’s future.”

The Rouses’ new company, F3 Rooted Outdoors LLC, reflects three values important to their family: Faith, Family, and Freedom. Its mission centers on honoring God through leadership and service, investing in people and families, pursuing excellence with integrity, and building a lasting legacy.

“Success isn’t measured simply by how large we grow or how profitable we become,” Brent said. “It’s measured by how we treat people, the quality of our work, the opportunities we create, and whether we leave something better than we found it.”

Under the new ownership, Fralich’s Landscape will continue building upon the reputation Aaron established while embracing opportunities for growth and continued service to the community.
